Mentors are screened and matched with appropriate candidates. Your role is to devote some of your time to assist your mentee(s) in developing a Personal Development Plan (PDP) with agreed milestones and to work with your mentee(s) to achieve the plan.

All Purplepeeple Mentoring is done online and can be enormously satisfying from a personal, professional or corporate social responsibility perspective. We donate one third of the placement fee we receive on successful candidates into our Purple Mentors Account. Purplepeeple Mentors receive an annual gratuity from us in line with the total number of students whom they have mentored and have been placed in full time employment during the preceding year.
