Purplepeeple partners with Tertiary Education Institutions across Africa to provide dedicated careers advisory and job placement services to their student populations with the aim of facilitating more successfully the transition from Academia into the World of Work. The programme builds competencies in the employability skills required for both employment and entrepreneurship.

At Purplepeeple, we believe that Tertiary Education Institutions in Africa deserve a stake in the talent which they have been instrumental in developing. We give back 50 per cent of any placement fee we receive on registered students back to Tertiary institutions registered with us. Participating Institutions will receive an annual payment in line with the total number of their registered students placed in full time employment locally and internationally by Purplepeeple during the preceding year.
